Return and Refund Policy
Damaged goods/ Misprint
In the rare event that goods delivered are damaged or if there is any misprint, please email Asia One Books.com at email@example.com with a detailed description of your complaint within three days of receipt of the good(s) to arrange a replacement or a refund. We will bear the costs to collect the goods from you and rearrange delivery.
If the goods we have delivered are not the ones you ordered, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about the mistake. We will instruct you on the return/ refund procedure.
In such cases, the cost of the return or refund will be borne by Asia One Books.com.
