Its 256 pages are interspersed with articles by noted food writers from both sides of the Atlantic. Among others, they include Vogue’s Jeffrey Steingarten; Therese Boer, co-owner of the three Michelin-star De Librije; and author Ronald Huiskamp of Reed Business Publications.
